Every package starts with the essentials: a celebrant, help with your legal paperwork (we'll guide you through every step, though it has to be completed in your name, as we're not able to do it on your behalf), two witnesses, an hour of photography with edited images, full planning support and a bottle of bubbles to toast the moment. From there, you can add on whatever you'd like, such as extra photography hours, cinematography, hair and make-up, a helicopter and more.

Yes, completely. We don't work to fixed or tiered packages. Instead, you can add on extra elements or change what's included so everything suits exactly what you have in mind. Most couples adjust at least one or two things, and anything is possible.

Three to six months is comfortable for most ceremonies. Peak season dates (December–March, mid-June for snow) book up faster — we'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have a rough date in mind. We've also held intimate ceremonies booked just three weeks out, so don't count it out if your timing is tight.

Weather is the one thing we can't control, so we plan around it. Depending on the day, we have a few options: move to an alternate landing site, restructure the timeline to slip past the bad window, reschedule the day entirely, or, if flying really isn't possible, refund the helicopter cost and hold your ceremony and photos at another location. A reschedule can occasionally carry a fee, as some vendors need to be rebooked or charge for the change, but we'll always talk you through it first.

Always have, always will. Some of our most-loved ceremonies have been LGBTQ+ elopements. New Zealand has full marriage equality and our entire team — celebrants, photographers, vendors - works inclusively as standard.

Marrying in NZ as an overseas couple is straightforward. The Marriage Licence is applied for from your home country at least three working days before the ceremony, and our team walks you through the entire process. We've helped couples from Australia, the US, the UK, Singapore and beyond.

Yes. And there's no set limit or per-guest charge. You can usually bring up to two guests on the helicopter free of charge, subject to weight, and if you'd like more along we can simply add another helicopter to fit everyone in. Costs only change if your guests need additional services, and we'll always make that clear up front.

Yes. Your deposit secures the date, with the amount depending on the package you choose. The remaining balance is then due between two and five weeks before your wedding day, again depending on your package. We accept bank transfer, credit card and international wire.
